Mask Care

Latex can be washed with diluted mild soap such as dish washing liquid by dabbing the area and then dabbing it with a clean wet rag to rinse it clean. Sometimes the inside of the mask will want to stick to itself if it is washed, a very light coat of corn starch can prevent this if necessary.

Oil based make up, removers and creams should not be used on latex products as it will shorten the life of the latex. Non-oil based make up should be fine.

We recommend that clean newspaper be put in the mask for storage. Be careful to mold the paper/mask into the original shape especially by the eyes. Store in a cool dark place out of direct sun light and extreme temperatures.
